Our Revolution was founded by Bernie Sanders as an independent organization to take on corporate power, elect progressives, and fight for a government that works for all of us — not the billionaire class.

This is a moment of renewal. As we look ahead to the pivotal 2026 elections, we continue to lead the fight for economic, racial, housing, and climate justice here in Montgomery County. At the same time, we reaffirm our commitment to global justice, standing firmly for the freedom and human rights of all oppressed people living under occupation. We believe solidarity does not end at our borders — the struggle for justice in Gaza is inseparable from the values that guide our local work: dignity, equality, and self-determination for all people.

We also stand with immigrant and refugee families confronting fear and uncertainty amid an escalating crackdown. Montgomery County has long been a place of inclusion, and we will defend the rights and safety of all who call this community home.
